Ray J performed a Valentine’s Day concert while blood appeared to be dripping from his eyes less than a month after he shared he nearly died while in the hospital battling pneumonia. In a video shared to X of his Feb. 14 concert in Shreveport, La., Ray J wore a pair of black sunglasses and handed out roses to audience members as a tear of red blood seemed to run down his right cheek. It’s unclear if it was real or part of the show. At one point during the show, Ray J took off his shirt, revealing that he appeared to be wearing a heart monitor taped just below his collarbone.
