The mother of Rebekah Baptiste, who was allegedly killed by her father and his girlfriend in July 2025, has filed a notice of claim against Arizona Department of Child Safety, accusing them of ignoring warnings that could have saved her daughter’s life.

Attorney’s for the mother, Sandi Hawkins, want the state to pay $6 million for the wrongful death claim.

Later in this video, Attorney General Kris Mayes is under fire for her comments on ICE, and her stance on "Stand Your Ground" laws. Plus, a teen accused of plotting a terror attack on the Phoenix Pride Festival appears in court.
