The Olympic canoeist who was arrested and accused of tampering with the Reflecting Pool has been indicted by a grand jury in Washington, DC, Superior Court, according to multiple outlets.
David Hearn, a former Olympic canoeist, was arrested by U.S. Park Police on June 19 and charged with misdemeanor destruction of government property, USA TODAY previously reported.
