As more popular restaurants serve up blasts from the past to get people in the door, Pizza Hut Classic locations are stepping back into the ‘90s with red checkered tablecloths and iconic red cups. Data shows that “nostalgia-driven marketing” can boost purchase intent by as much as 50%, a marketing strategy that experts say is working. NBC’s Joe Fryer reports for TODAY.
