Richard Marles grilled on capital gains tax changes

Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell has grilled Deputy Prime Minister Richard Marles over whether the government is looking at changes to the capital gains tax discount.
Changes to the capital gains tax discount remain on the table as the government faces a deeper budget black hole.
“This question’s been asked a lot during the course of the last week, and the answer you’re going to get from me today is the same that I’ve been giving during the week,” Mr Marles said.
“We have a policy in relation to housing which has not changed, and that includes the tax arrangements around housing.”
