Rideau Canal Skateway reopens: Full 7.8 km back in action

The entire length of the Rideau Canal Skateway has reopened to skaters following a week-long closure caused by unseasonably warm weather. CTV’s Camille Wilson reports on the "green flag" status and speaks with tourists Seth and Shana Hogg, who travelled from Pennsylvania for the experience. National Capital Commission senior manager Bruce Devine explains how crews managed to clear 36 cm of snow to restore the ice for marathon skaters like Jack and Mitch.
