President Donald Trump hosted New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq, the two largest stock exchanges in the world, as they participated in the first-ever joint opening bell ceremony from the Oval Office to mark the launch of Trump Accounts.
Trump Accounts, the federal program aimed to help build long-term financial security for children, will officially be launched on July 4. The government will contribute $1,000 for all children born in the years 2025 to 2028 – or during the four years of Trump’s second presidential term – with a Social Security number, thanks to the tax and spending package passed last summer.
