The Arizona Humane Society is investigating after reports of an abandoned cat colony and hoarding conditions at a North Phoenix home.
Neighbors called the conditions "horrible," saying there was a pervasive odor of waste and decaying animals, trash filling the property, and kittens wandering into the street.
Later in this video, a 25-year-old was arrested after a standoff with Mesa Police that began with an alleged assault on his own mother.
