Victoria is grappling with the aftermath of severe flash flooding, just days after facing out-of-control bushfires.
The Wye River in the state’s south burst its banks with no warning Thursday, flooding campgrounds and carrying dozens of cars out to sea.
The famed Great Ocean Road has been closed as authorities prepare to survey the damage caused by the flooding.
