‘Shut up’: ‘Idiot actor’ Ethan Hawke goes on mad rant about American free speech

Sky News host Rita Panahi has commented on actor Ethan Hawke’s recent rant about free speech in America as he hit out at the Trump administration.
Mr Hawke claimed there was “a kind of fear in the air that I’ve never felt before and it’s not America”.
“As he is mouthing off with zero concern about anything he’s said, I think what the fear is isn’t of government coming down on you or any sort of oppression,” Ms Panahi said.
“But there is actually now a backlash from the population to these idiot actors who want to preach endlessly about their leftist views of the world.
“Now you’re going to get a bit of feedback and if that feedback scares you Ethan then shut up.”
