There’s been a surge in SkillsFuture course sign-ups as Singaporeans rush to use their expiring credits before year-end. From AI classes to dog grooming, training providers say demand has surged by up to seven times in the past few months. As of September, about seven in 10 eligible Singaporeans have not used their one-off SkillsFuture credit top-up. Noah Kong report.
