Kemi Badenoch ripped into Labour amid the row over Lord Mandelson, as the former US ambassador resigned his Labour membership last night to avoid causing the party "further embarrassment" following fresh revelations about his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein.
The Tories have called for a "full and thorough independent investigation" into his appointment as US ambassador.
