The Carlisle River bushfire in the Otways is threatening Surf Coast communities including Lorne, Anglesea and Aireys Inlet. Extreme fire danger conditions forecast for tomorrow, with temperatures expected to reach 40 degrees and unpredictable wind changes, have prompted holidaymakers and campers to evacuate early.
