Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell has predicted that Angus Taylor will be the next leader of the Liberal Party at the end of the party spill meeting tomorrow.
Mr Clennell revealed some of the challengers gunning for the deputy role, such as Jane Hume and Ted O’Brien again.
“We’re going to see resignations all morning until we get a situation obviously where Sussan Ley goes well, the party room meeting is on tomorrow or tonight or whatever she decides to do,” he said.
“At this point, my best information is that Sussan Ley is finished as Liberal leader and it’ll soon be Angus Taylor.”
