Taiwan says its relations with the US remain rock-solid, after President Donald Trump held a phone call with Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping, which saw Beijing issue a warning on arms sales to the island. Taiwan President William Lai says he sees as unchanged US commitments to Taiwan, adding that call will help stabilise the region. Mr Trump is due to visit China in April. Mr Haass is President Emeritus of the Council on Foreign Relations, and joined us from the World Governments Summit in Dubai.
