This Coffee Company Employs and Empowers Unhoused People

Caster’s Coffee in Lancaster, California, trains about 30 unhoused people a year and helps them find permanent work after the program. The company’s mission started when founders Jesse Lee and Marco Van Den Heuvel built a bond from their mutual goal to help others. NBC’s Steve Patterson reports in this week’s Sunday Spotlight.
