President Trump’s net approval rating on inflation hit -65 points in AP-NORC’s cost of living poll Thursday. CNN chief data analyst Harry Enten points out that this rating is the record low not only for Trump, but for any president ever. Enten also observes that Trump is the first president to poll below -50% net approval on inflation ever: "Donald Trump is underwater. . .among Democrats, independents, and Republicans as well."
