Trump’s shocking claims childcare scam stole upwards of $18 billion

Funding for childcare in all 50 US states has been suspended following allegations of widespread fraud in Minnesota daycare centres.
The Republican Chairman of the House Oversight Committee has invited Minnesota Governor Tim Walz to testify about the allegations next month.
US President Donald Trump has criticised the governors for allowing this fraud to happen.
“Can you imagine they stole 18 billion?” Mr Trump said.
“That’s just what we’re learning about.
“We’re going to get to the bottom of all of that. It is a giant scam.”
