US Vice President JD Vance confirms US President Donald Trump had a “very productive” phone call with Colombian President Gustavo Petro.
This comes just days after US President Donald Trump followed up on the successful US military operations in Venezuela with warning shots at Colombia.
The US president has previously referred to Colombian President Gustavo Petro as a "sick man" who likes producing and selling cocaine in the United States.
Colombia is producing more cocaine today than at any other point in its history, but local officials are trying to stop the flow.
