Prosecutor Binu Palal delivered his closing arguments to the jury in the Tupac Shakur murder trial on Aug. 31, 2026. Prosecutors argued in the case that Duane Keith "Keffe D" Davis instructed gang members to shoot Shakur – and provided the gun – on Sept. 7, 1996.
