Ukraine has ‘tremendous’ economic potential once war with Russia is finalised

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says Ukraine has “tremendous economic potential” coming out of the war with Russia.
Mr Rubio said Ukraine has the potential to “double” its GDP in the next decade with the right economic moves.
“And we certainly think that is part of an enduring peace,” he said.
