The coordinated operations involved multiple US agencies tracking vessels that had changed names and flags to evade law enforcement. Meanwhile, Western Australian police are hunting 58-year-old Kenneth Giles after he allegedly shot a woman during a domestic violence incident on a rural property north of Perth.
