‘Ushered into power’: Delcy Rodriguez rumoured to be in on Maduro’s capture

‘Triggernometry’ co-host Francis Foster explains the rumour pertaining to Delcy Rodriguez’s involvement in Nicolas Maduro’s capture.
“There is a rumour in Venezuela that she was in on this,” Mr Foster told Sky News contributor James Bolt.
“All of the top dogs in Maduro’s cabinet all had bounties on their head, placed there by the American government, apart from Delcy Rodriguez and her brother, who was head of the senate.
“Why are they the only two people who didn’t have that?
“The rumours are that she was in on it from the start, which is why she was ushered into power.”
