Health care experts gathered in Ottawa are calling for stricter regulations on vaping products as nicotine addiction rises among youth. CTV’s Camille Wilson reports from the Ottawa Conference on Smoking Cessation, where patient Jacob Woloshin shares how vaping to quit smoking led to a new addiction. Dr. Hassan Mir and Dr. Andrew Pipe of the University of Ottawa Heart Institute warn that vaping has become a gateway to cigarette smoking for a new generation.
