Employment has been a central focus of China’s 14th Five-Year Plan, the nation’s development roadmap through 2025. Over the past five years, government-supported vocational programs have provided more than 100 million skill-training opportunities, contributing to stable employment across the country. A notable example comes from Guangdong province, where a vocational program called "Cantonese Cuisine Chefs" is making a difference.
