Missing person advocates are urging the public to heed Turquoise Alerts following the death of 8-year-old Maleeka "Mollie" Boone, the first fatality linked to the system since its inception.
An active alert remains for 21-year-old Isabella Comas, who disappeared Monday under suspicious circumstances.
Avondale Police have named her boyfriend, 39-year-old Tommy Rodriguez, a person of interest in the case.
