Aliya Rahman speaks out for the first time after being dragged from her car by ICE agents in Minneapolis while trying to get to a doctor’s appointment. She says she was confused by conflicting commands from officers, struggled to get medical help while in custody and describes what she calls “dehumanizing treatment” after her arrest. CNN has reached out to DHS for response to Rahman’s comments.
