Woman outside shot into Phoenix home, hitting toddler, family says

The grandmother of a toddler who was shot in the face inside a south Phoenix home Tuesday says the shooter was outside the home and still on the run. The grandmother, Laresha Mason, said the bullet went through the lip of 4-year-old Qahsiem Sinclair and right out of his cheek. Mason said the shooter opened fire and didn’t care who was inside the house. Stephanie Duprey has the interview.
